BT Mango SMS Digital Cordless Phone

BT are a British company who specialize solely in Telecommunications, not only do they supply actual telephone services, but they are renowned for producing top quality products to be used on those very networks.

The BT Mango SMS Digital Cordless Phone is BT’s latest cordless phone that looks more like a cellphone than a regular home telephone. In fact, its design is similar to that of the Nokia N91.

As of the moment, the Mango comes in two colors, the professional-looking black and the zesty orange color coupled with iPod-white, which in my opinion is a homage to its namesake. But its not just the design, the phone does come in with several nifty features. These includes a SIM card reader that allows users to import SIM contacts to its onboard memory, a hands-free kit, caller ID, and a built-in digital answering machine. Its onboard memory can handle up to 255 entries, so its enough to keep all of your important contacts.

The Mango also features call waiting, call transfer and has a effective range of 300 meters. Pop the handset back in its cradle and the number keys fade until you’ve got yourself an object d’art in the shape of BT Mango. BT Shop is offering the Mango for £60.
